DIFC Courts route
Understand whether a DIFC Will fits your planning needs
The DIFC Courts route has its own coverage, eligibility, procedure and fee requirements. The appropriate choice depends on your circumstances, the assets to be covered and your family wishes.
Start with the complete plan
Kingsman's Will service should consider all relevant UAE assets, the people you want to benefit, the person who should manage the estate and any wishes relating to children or dependants before a court route is recommended.
Property, family and wider assets
Property is one part of the planning conversation. Bank accounts, business interests, other UAE assets, beneficiaries, executors and family wishes should be considered together so the Will reflects the full picture.
Fees and current requirements
DIFC registration charges are separate from Kingsman's professional fees. DIFC currently publishes AED 10,000 for a Single Full Will and AED 15,000 for two Mirror Full Wills. Court fees and requirements can change, so the current information is checked before an invoice is issued.
Official sources and review
Prepared from official UAE Government, ADJD and DIFC Courts information. Prepared by Kingsman Wills. Last reviewed 31 August 2026. Court procedures and fees can change, so current requirements are confirmed before a customer proceeds.
